Does my sensor still work normally with a Halo on?
Completely. Your Halo frames your sensor — it doesn't sit over the scan window or interfere with your reading in any way. Nothing about how your CGM works changes. The only thing that changes is how it looks.
How do I put my Halo on and take it off?
Press it gently into place over your sensor with one hand until it clicks snug — no tools, no adhesive of its own. To remove it, press in from opposite sides at the same time and lift straight up, away from your arm. It should never require tugging or pulling near your sensor's adhesive.
Can I keep it on in the shower, while sleeping, at the gym?
Your Silver Halo is built for all of it — sleep, showers, workouts, everyday life. For the Gold Halo, we'd suggest taking it off before swimming or a long, hot shower, just so the plating stays looking new for longer.
Will I even notice I'm wearing it?
Mostly no — until you catch it out of the corner of your eye and remember why you picked it. It's built to sit close and light, not to announce itself.
What's a Halo actually made of?
Silver Halo: solid 925 sterling silver. Gold Halo: 925 sterling silver base with gold plating. Nothing hollow, nothing coated in something that flakes — just a small, solid piece meant to hold up to daily life.
My Silver Halo looks darker than when I got it — is that normal?
Yes, completely. Silver reacts naturally to air and skin over time; a little darkening is a sign it's real silver, not a flaw. Every Halo ships with its own silver polishing cloth, made for exactly this — a few gentle buffs and the shine comes right back. Avoid soaking it or scrubbing with anything abrasive.
How do I keep my Gold Halo looking new?
Gold plating asks for a gentler hand than silver does. After wearing it, wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth, which is also included in every package — that's usually enough. Skip perfume, lotion, and swimming pools where you can, and never use silver polish or an ultrasonic cleaner on it, since both will wear the plating down faster than normal daily wear would. A little softening of the shine over months is expected; the silver underneath stays exactly as solid.
Where should I keep it when I'm not wearing it?
Somewhere small, dry, and separate from your other jewelry — a soft pouch or a lined box works well. Keeping metals apart stops them scratching each other, which matters more for a plated piece than a solid one.
Which CGMs does a Halo fit?

Yes, worldwide. Delivery generally takes a few business days locally and longer internationally; customs fees or import charges, if your country applies them, are set locally and outside our control.
